Our Earth
The world’s asleep,
That’s all they say,
Complain
About their pain,
Forget about the change.
Wake me up,
The world is begging,
Wake me up,
More tears are shedding.
The rumbling sounds,
Of the earth slowly breaking,
Of a gaunt child,
Quickly fading.
The pleads and prayers,
In thirst and hunger
That empty feeling,
That holds you under.
Uncontrollable heat,
The world is a blaze,
Cracked earth,
No water for days.
The land is sweating
It’s giving up
The world is changing,
And we’re out of luck.
The pleading eyes,
The deafening noise ,
The ringing ears,
The empty voice.
Help me
Screams the lonely
Child.
Help me
he croaks
By the bodies piled.
As his tears streak,
Down his face,
On to this blood soaked earth,
What has happened to this place?
The world is changing,
Preparing for the worst,
The world is changing,
What has happened to our earth?
